The villa is situated on the quiet & unique Cumbre del Sol (Summit of the Sun), which is half way between Alicante and Valencia. A car is needed however there are restaurants, bars & cafes situated close by. The local beach, Playa del Moraig, is only a 5 mins drive away with many blue flag sandy beaches only short drive away.
Rental gives you access to the spectacular gated pool complex - visible from the terrace - which has 2 great pools, a bar/bistro, Wi-fi should you bring a laptop, showers, toilets and during the high season there is a lifeguard on duty. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Aqualandia and others are only 40 minutes away.
